It’s a low-effort introduction to biohacking, where you reset your system through simple daily rituals that work: morning light, cold water, breathwork, conscious eating, and real sleep. And you won’t do it alone.

You’ll be guided by Javier Holgado a biohacker, educator, and triathlete who turns complex science into tools you can actually use in your everyday life.

You learn how to regulate your nervous system, create stable energy, and rebuild a lifestyle that supports your body .

Daily Schedule
A Day with Javier: Biohacking at Sea

Morning – Sun, cold & powerful energy

  • Sunrise grounding on deck (barefoot, no sunglasses)
  • Breath + functional movement activation (bodyweight, primal patterns, rope work)
  • Optional cold sea dip to train resilience
  • Transcendental Meditation (first daily session)
  • High-fat, high-protein “biohacker breakfast”
  • eggs, avocado, oily fish, berries, nuts, functional coffee

Late Morning – Science + experience

  • 20–30 minute daily workshop + short practice, on topics like:
  • nervous system & stress resilience
  • sleep & circadian rhythm
  • gut–brain connection
  • hormonal balance & sexual energy
  • conscious fasting & food sequencing
  • dopamine detox & tech hygiene
  • Quiet sailing, journaling, optional silent time

Afternoon – Integration & soft energy

  • Light snack or fasted window (depending on the day’s focus)
  • Rest, nap, sunbathing, hammock time
  • Movement or somatic practice (fascia, mobility, yin-style flow, rope play)

Evening – Wind down & deep sleep prep

  • Second Transcendental Meditation session
  • Sunset reflection or group sharing
  • Early light dinner (protein + vegetables) to support sleep
  • Conscious Sleep Ritual:
  • red/warm light only
  • 4-7-8 or box breathing
  • essential oil self-massage
  • mouth taping, eye mask, quiet environment
  • optional sleep audio (delta waves, body scan, story)

Every day builds on the last – fitness, nervous system, mindset and recovery working together instead of against each other.

Javier is a biohacker, educator, and triathlete with years of experience in human optimization, nervous system regulation, and conscious performance. He blends modern science with ancestral practices to help people feel clearer, stronger, and more aligned in their daily lives.

His path began through sports and movement, but it shifted in India, where he explored inner work and emotional regulation. That’s where he discovered the deeper connection between the body, the mind, and the nervous system — and why real transformation starts from within.

Javier turned to biohacking after experiencing his own challenges with energy, stress, and health. Simple daily rituals changed everything for him, and now he teaches these same tools to others.

He brings a grounding presence, practical science, and a passion for making health feel accessible.

His goal is simple: to help people feel more alive, more present, and more in control of their energy — during the retreat and long after it ends.

I am Sergy – Skipper, with 8 years of experience. I got a license in Ireland after passing the Royal Yacht Association (RYA) program. Navigated 20 000+ nautical miles on yachts in the seas and Atlantic, Indian and Pacific oceans.


I live my life like you and organize soulful trips on seas and oceans in Europe, Asia, and America.


My goal is to open a world of a completely different and unique type of adventure as sailing is to as many people as possible. It happened to me 8 years ago, and now I want to show you how majestic the world can be from a yacht view.


If you want to become my colleague and become a skipper, I have an official permit to educate you and issue a license.

You live and travel on the yacht between islands . Experience wild nature, swim in turquoise water, and see ancient sites. No sailing experience needed to join this trip.
This retreat is designed to reset your system gently.
