I've had a great week. It's been really fascinating, lots of fun and lots of really good sailing. I especially enjoyed meeting different people: guests from all over Europe and further afield, new cultures and new food, and that was just the people on the yacht.

We also went to some amazing places. We saw beautiful beaches, incredible fish and wildlife, and the stunning islands dotted around the BVI. We had the best lobster I've ever had, at what must be the best lobster restaurant in the world. But what would I know?

I'm really appreciative of the support you gave us as we were learning to sail and practising our skills. You've been kind and supportive, but you haven't stepped in too much. You've let us make our own mistakes, once or twice, let's be honest, and that's how you learn. I enjoyed that part especially.

I wanted to practice my sailing, and I've done that, and I've seen some amazing parts of the Caribbean. It's been a great week. Thank you.
