Greece Flotilla Sailing Trip

Chilled, very chill. I’ve been on boats with a few different skippers, and we’re all learning together, talking and sharing knowledge. It’s been really good to experience different approaches because everyone does things differently, and it’s great to understand those differences.

Basically, we have one captain and one skipper, but the others are all trainee skippers or licensed skippers. There’s that space between getting your license and feeling truly confident, and we are being trained in that space to feel confident to take a boat ourselves—and that is brilliant.

Here, there are loads of peacocks—they’re all flirting with their feathers out, which is beautiful. I’ve been swimming every day in this blue water. There have been parties, lots of music, laughter, and even quad biking around an island—that was fun too.
