Sailing School Tenerife

We had just finished our practice week and docked. The conditions were very challenging at times, but Sergy was excellent and the whole week was a lot of fun. I learned so much. I came here as a semi-experienced sailor — but only on a lake, and this is a completely different ball game. It was really, really amazing.

What I liked most about the teaching was that Sergy gives you time to discover the solution yourself. He is always there to support you when you need it, but he doesn't rush in with the answer. I really liked that approach of working as a team: you ask your team members and the crew for options, you discuss them, and in the end you just learn by doing. It was excellent.

I felt extremely safe, even in really windy conditions. I trusted Sergy and his experience — and of course the whole team.
