About the Role
We're looking for a Sales Partner to help convert interested travelers into confirmed bookings for our sailing trips.
This is a part-time, remote, commission-based role.
We provide everything you need: leads, scripts, content, training, and a mentor. Your job is to warm up the leads, answer questions, build trust, and close bookings.
What You'll Do
Receive warm leads from us
We send you people who are already interested in our trips. They've visited our website, signed up, or inquired. They're not cold — they just need guidance.
Have conversations with potential guests
Answer their questions. Help them understand which trip fits their needs. Address concerns. Build trust.
Guide them to booking
Use our scripts and approach to help people feel confident saying yes. Your job is to remove hesitation and make booking easy.
Follow up consistently
Some people need time to decide. You follow up professionally, keep the conversation warm, and stay top of mind without being pushy.
Work with your mentor
You'll have direct support from an experienced team member who coaches you, reviews your conversations, and helps you improve
