Your facilitator

Javier Holgado is a biohacker, educator and former triathlete who focuses on practical human optimization. He combines movement, breathwork, cold exposure and nervous system science to help people feel better, sleep deeper and sustain energy — without extreme routines. His approach is simple: test it in your body, understand the science, and apply it in real life.

His journey started in sports, evolved in India through inner work and emotional regulation, and deepened through biohacking after his struggles with energy and stress. Simple daily rituals transformed him, and now he shares them.
