Concept
Work when you want. Rest when you need. The choice is yours.

A floating workspace for remote workers. Coworking spaces with WiFi and Mediterranean views. Then close the laptop and do nothing. Nap. Swim. Unplug.

Balance work and rest in a way home never allows.
You don’t have to choose between work and life.
Out here, they flow together.

Did you eat Sicilian orange? It`s gonna be your first taste of this magical island.
Marsala
This is our base to start and finish our sailing retreat. Marsala is a pleasant, relaxed place to visit. Lovely, recently restored and mainly Baroque old town centre is pedestrian friendly and easy to walk around.

You don`t need any previous experience to join the team for this trip. The route is flexible and can be changed due to the weather

Archipelago di Egadi
We voyage onward to the enchanting Archipelago di Egadi, a mosaic of untouched islands floating on the sea's canvas. Each island tells its own tale, inviting us to listen to the wind's songs and the rhythm of the waves.
Favignana island
Isola di Favignana is a breathtaking reacheable by sailing from main island, the Sicily. We will explore the best of the island - its beautiful coastline. Stopping by at one of its pristine beaches is a must have for our retreat
There's one major sights on the island: the Grotta del Genovese, a cave containing prehistoric art. We can go for nice exploration walk through the nature and end up in one of very local restaurants tasting their cuisine. On this stop we will also swim, sunbathe and enjoy the island atmosphere

Your captain

Hello!

I’m Sergy, a skipper with 8 years of experience and an RYA license earned in Ireland. I’ve sailed over 20,000 nautical miles across Europe, Asia, and the Americas, navigating seas and oceans worldwide.

I create soulful sailing adventures to share this way of life and show how extraordinary the world looks from a yacht. If you want to become a skipper too, I’m officially licensed to train and certify you.

600+ people felt in love with sailing with us

No random people on board

Before the trip, the captain makes a brief call with each potential guest to match them. It helps you to be sure that you will be in a group of like-minded people. While other companies let everyone buy from their websites, we take care of bringing together people with similar values.
