12 PM: Swimming + relaxation in a quiet bay
1 PM: Light lunch + healthy cooking workshop for those who want
3-5 PM: Sailing to another beautiful bay/city
5-7 PM: Free time — sun, sea, journaling, resting
7 PM: Dinner + cooking with chef
9 PM: Quiet evening rituals/free time
Karina Luciano is a wellness coach and trained holistic chef with over 10 years of experience in holistic health and spiritual practices.
She found this path through her own journey toward a more soul-aligned life after overcoming food sensitivities, skin issues, and stress. As an empath, Reiki became a powerful tool for staying grounded and balanced.
At the retreat, Karina brings her knowledge, calming presence, and a genuine passion for helping people feel better in simple, practical ways.

I’m Sergy, a skipper with 8 years of experience and an RYA license earned in Ireland. I’ve sailed over 20,000 nautical miles across Europe, Asia, and the Americas, navigating seas and oceans worldwide.
I create soulful sailing adventures to share this way of life and show how extraordinary the world looks from a yacht. If you want to become a skipper too, I’m officially licensed to train and certify you.
